Hi,
I am implementing cloud support for our application, where users can log on and we manage permissions of data based on that logon.
The last couple of days, I am having issues authenticating. Some of the users I created can’t logon anymore, with a “internal server error” as result. This seems to happen after a while, and after that that specific user isn’t able to logon anymore, ever.
When I remove the user and create it again, with exactly the same properties, user groups and such, logon succeeds again.
Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?
