Bluetooth Application for mobile devices (Windows / Linux / Android)

Hi, I have to develop an App for mobile devices which should run on Android, Linux and Windows. Is there any Bluetooth suppord (qt) for Android or/and Windows, maybe in 5.2 alpha/beta? Are there any examples? Thanks in advance.
